Yacht Harbor Village is part of the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, (just one mile north) and also includes the Conservatory. Membership includes all three. There are two types of membership, social or golf. As of 1/1/2022 social membership has a one time fee (non-equity) of $15,000 & a monthly fee of $500. The golf membership which includes the social membership has a one time fee (non-equity) of $30,000 & a monthly fee of $922 per month.
