Who are the developers of Margaritaville Hotel in Flagler Beach? The project is being spearheaded by Ormond Beach-based Elite Hospitality's developer and manager, Manoj Bhoola, and Jeremy Bain of Welbro Building Corp. They provided details of this most substantial construction venture in recent Flagler Beach history to a crowd of over 80 locals gathered at City Hall.

What is the expected impact of the Margaritaville Hotel project on local businesses in Flagler Beach? Concerns did arise regarding the project's impact on parking availability and the subsequent effects on neighboring businesses due to limited parking spaces. However, the majority of the audience expressed their appreciation for the initiative, lauding Elite for its well-established local roots.

What amenities will the Margaritaville Hotel in Flagler Beach offer? The Margaritaville Hotel, spanning 84,000 square feet over three stories, will feature 100 rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a fitness room, a pool with a tiki bar, a rooftop terrace, and retail outlets. Managed by Elite Hospitality, the restaurant is set to provide approximately 60 jobs, while the hotel will offer nearly 25 positions.

What are the working hours for the Margaritaville Hotel construction? Work hours are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with dust control measures implemented to ensure the comfort of the local community.
